Serratus Movement Centre is a recently expanded facility with an 11-year history specializing in personal and group training. The recent expansion includes a movement centre/injury clinic, which will hold a strong interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary staff roster located off of a fully stocked 1000sq. ft. group training studio and a 3500sq. ft. gym. The appropriate candidate will be working with all other professionals in the space, both in
the treatment area and in designated round table discussion hours to encourage knowledge sharing and adequate patient centered treatment. We have a strong focus on building a cohesive team atmosphere.

SEEKING: Full-time and part-time, motivated and dedicated Athletic Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nutritionists, and Osteopaths with strong
interests in working with the active individual as their demographic.

START DATE: Spring/Summer ’18 but negotiable for the right applicant. Monday – Friday morning, afternoon, evening, Saturday day time and options for Sunday scheduling is all available.

PAY: Competitive commission, independent contract structure.

The ideal candidate has the following:
- Strong focus on active based rehabilitation
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Strong desire for continued education
- Proof of previously sought after continuing education such as but not limited to: DNS, FRC, FMS, SFMA, Kettlebell certification

MUST BE:
- Certified in your professional association and in good standing with your association/college
- Carry liability insurance
- Wanting to work in a patient centered, team focused environment
- Willingness to learn and expand skills and knowledge
- Ability to work independently as well as with other professionals/clinicians
- Recent grads and/or those graduating in the coming months are encouraged to apply

PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Additional Con Ed services (ART, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, CSCS, CSEP-CPT – not an exhaustive list)
- Experience working in a clinical setting
- Able to perform basic computer skills as all charting is done electronically
- Experience organizing group training or workshops/seminars on special topics
