Job Description:
• Conduct initial baseline assessments of employees.
• Analyze physical demands of participant’s job and individual risk for injury
• Lead exercise classes for groups of 1 or more participants – includes warm up, conditioning and mobility work based on individual assessments.
• Complete WCB reports as requested.
• Adhoc reports/metrics.
• Data entry, data analysis as required.
• Case documentation and program planning based on assessments.
• Scheduling of appointments.
• Work with clients individually or in groups.
• Minimum 20 hours to maximum 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
• Certification: CSEP-EP, CAT(C), PT, CSCS, FMS
• Strong knowledge of injury prevention and exercise progressions.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to work days, evenings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
• Strong work ethic.
• Capable of working well in a team or individually.
